For Bath: Add approximately 2–3 tablespoons to warm running bath water. Allow the salts to dissolve, then soak and relax for approximately 15–20 minutes.
For Foot Soak: Add an appropriate amount to a basin of comfortably warm water and soak your feet for approximately 15–20 minutes.
After soaking, rinse if desired and gently pat the skin dry.
