How to Use

1. Measure the required quantity of Emulsifying Wax.
2. Add it to the oil phase along with oils and butters.
3. Heat both oil phase and water phase separately to 70–75°C.
4. Slowly pour the water phase into the oil phase while stirring continuously.
5. Blend until a smooth emulsion forms.
6. Allow the mixture to cool while stirring.
7. Add heat-sensitive ingredients (fragrance, essential oils, vitamins, preservatives, extracts) below 40°C.
8. Fill into clean, sanitized containers.

Recommended Usage Level

* Light Lotion: 3–5%
* Medium Cream: 5–7%
* Rich Cream & Body Butter: 7–10%

Storage

* Store in a cool, dry place.
* Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Shelf Life

* 24 Months from the date of manufacture when stored properly.
